How far in advance do I need to order?
9:00am the following day. Planning a bigger order? Please give our team a little extra notice for larger orders so we have plenty of time to prepare all the donuts you need.
Is there a minimum order?
Our catering orders start from 1 box — but the more, the merrier! Whether it’s a small treat or a big celebration, we’re happy to help make it a little sweeter.
Are allergen guides available?

Can I customise my box selection?
Absolutely! Our Build Your Own Box option lets you choose your favourite flavours and create the perfect mix for your crew.
Do you offer delivery?
Catering orders are currently store pick-up only. For delivery, Brooklyn Donut & Coffee Co is available through delivery platforms such as Uber Eats and DoorDash, subject to location and availability.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes! We offer a vegan range, as well as baked donuts made with gluten-free ingredients.
