HOW IT STARTED
Two mates. One big dream.
Everywhere you looked, the Australian market was flooded with the same old sugary and forgettable treats. So founders, foodies and friends, Dennis and Adam, set out on a donut escapade to Brooklyn, New York — searching for something better. What they found was world-class. What they brought back changed everything.
The first Brooklyn Donuts store opened at Chermside, QLD in 2019. Since then, the brand has grown to over 30 locations across three states — and there’s no end in sight.
